By using this site you agree to the terms outlined herein..
"Symbiotic Design", "SDG", "Team Symbiosys", the "Symbiotic Design Team", the crumpled Design logo and the Symbiotic Design signature "S" logos, are Trademarks of Symbiotic Design. "CubeOS" and "cubed" are Trademarks of Symbiotic Design Computer Systems. The Symbiotic Design web site and it's contents are the legal, moral, intellectual and creative property of Symbiotic Design. See footers at the bottom of each web page for details on the last update and copyright © for each page.
Any failure to include the "" symbol on any Symbiotic Design Trademark or Trademarked name does not constitute Trademark abandonment. As artists, we personally feel that the inclusion of the "" symbol often interferes with the overall design and desired impact of the Trademark, though we do try our best to conform for obvious legal reasons. This practice is loosed within page titles, articles and in other places for readability purposes, and to break up repetition in others.
Symbiotic Design owns the rights to the SymbioticDesign.com and SymbioticDesign.net internet Domain Names. SymbioticDesign.com and SymbioticDesign.net are Trademarks of Symbiotic Design, but do not include the "" mark due to the possibility of confusion involved in incorporating the mark as a part of an internet address, and because the ownership of these Domain Names can be easily verified by doing a "whois" search at Network Solutions. Links to that function are here for each Domain Name: SymbioticDesign.com & SymbioticDesign.net. Symbiotic Design also owns many additional Domain Names. For a full list of Domain Names held by Symbiotic Design, please see our complete Domain Names List which also details each Domain's function.
All Symbiotic Design web site contents whether images or documents are copyright and involve restricted use. Even Freeware images distributed throughout this web site via internet broadcast are restricted from commercial use without obtaining a license from Symbiotic Design. A commercial license may be obtained by hiring Symbiotic Design for design or development work, purchasing the commercial version of the dpArt CD, or maintaining an active web hosting contract with Symbiotic Design.
Symbiotic Design also runs the CyberGallery. dp's CyberGallery is only intended to be one artist's contribution to the overall CyberGallery and other artists are encouraged to submit contributions of their own artworks. Upon approving accepted artistic contributions, a subsection of the CyberGallery will be created for showcasing the contributing artist's work and is named according to the contributing artist's requirement. Symbiotic Design owns only the interface to the works in the CyberGallery, the dp CyberGallery or any contributing artist and makes no claim to ownership of any contributing artists work therein. All contributing artist's copyright remains intact as his/her property and the copyright information should be in each of the graphic image's copyright notice as well as listed plainly below the image. Currently, the only contributing artist is the guy that's doing the web site
